These soft heel grips prevent shoes frpm rubbing against your skin and slipping off your feet. They are also designed for people who syffer from foot pain, blisters or calluses. They have a self adhesive back for easy application. Just peel off the back cover and stick the insole to the back of the shoe. They can be used on most types of shoes including boots, trainers, leather and casual shoes.
