The best way is to measure your feet is as per the instructions below.
SIZING TIPS
-
Measure feet at the end of the day when they are largest. When you are up during the day your feet will swell.
-
Allow for around 5mm extra 'wriggle' room for your toes
-
It’s pretty standard to have one foot slightly larger than the other, so make sure you get a size closest to the larger foot (it’s better to be a bit bigger than a bit smaller!).
-
Round toe shapes leave more room than pointed toe shapes
-
Everyone's foot is different, try to choose styles that match your foot shape. For this reason we expressly offer no guarantee whatsoever that shoes in the `correct` size for you will fit.
-
Don't choose a size that fits tight and hope they will stretch later
-
When measuring for boots always measure with your socks on to get the best fit.
-
The size of your feet changes as you grow older so always measure your feet feet before buying shoes
-
Take plenty time to try your shoes at home on a carpeted surface to make sure they feel right.
-
Wear the same type of socks when trying on shoes that you intend to wear with the shoes
Unfortunately physically trying shoes is the only way to discover if a size in a certain style will work for you. It is for this reason that we happily allow customers to return for full refund any item if in un-worn condition that they don't want to keep for up to 14 days from receipt. And we will replace for another size free of charge.
