The Penelope high heeled pumps have a glossy finish and feature a pointed toe design. There are two thin straps across the top of the foot each secured with a small round buckle. The stilleto-style heels add height and elegance to the shoes. The overall design is sleek and sophisticated making them suitable for formal or dressy occasions.
